😃This has to be one of my favourite videos that I’ve posted! To the left we have 2 of my hardworking youth soccer athletes, and to the right is Lilli. She is in her mid 80s, plays tennis then heads straight to the gym, and out for a walk after. Now I don’t know about you but I would give anything to be like that at her age!!!

🙌I’ve posted about goblet squats and why they should be a staple in any & everyone’s strength training, so I’m not going to delve to deep into it.
First off I like this video so much because Lilli is a perfect role model for these kids to have. We all know that Olympians, professional athletes, world champions can be incredible role models for young kids to have, and kids/youth athletes should 100% have them! But I think the girls seeing this will hopefully leave a different imprint in their mind. On like “if I stay active throughout my whole life, I could be like Lilli!”🔥 How could you not get inspired?!?!

🏋🏻♂️ Another reason why I like it is because it shows you that young and old, you can lift weights in some way or another.

💪Not all my clientele are youth athletes. I get just as much pleasure out of seeing people like Lilli accomplish things that to me & you may seem small, but they are HUGE for her. In fact I had a client the other day come up to me with a cheek to cheek grin on his face 😃, saying how he can now touch his low back, which he hasn’t been able to do for years. Stuff like that really fires me up!!! 🔥🔥🔥
