Ladies, if you spend a prolonged period of time seated and your exercise program does not involve the posterior chain (back half of the body), you quite frankly are doing yourself a disservice. You must build back, hamstring and glute strength to counter the effect of sitting. You want to stand tall with a beautiful posture right? You want to avoid chronic neck and shoulder stiffness too don't you? Train the posterior chain like Superstar @snappy.panda here. Also taking a moment to humble brag about her 75kg deadlifts (another posterior focused exercise). 🔥💪🏼
