Quick Preserving TIP: #roasted these #peppers in the oven under broil for 6 minutes until nice and charred then flipped and broiled for another 6. (Picture is obviously before I did that. PS don’t you love the colour? 🥰) Immediately after taken out of the oven I covered with plastic wrap which seals in the heat and let the peppers sweat until cool. Popped the whole tray in the freezer until frozen solid then put them in a freezer bag. When you want to use them run under running water and the skins come right off! Summer in winter baby!!
