🌟why is important to have strong glutes?❓<br />well it’s not just to have a nice and big bum 🍑; glutes are an important group of muscles in your body. They consist of three muscles that work together to abduct, rotate and extend the hip, making them vital to everyday movements. •<br />By strengthening these muscles (the gluteus minimus, medius and maximus, You can see en’ on the middle of the video) the advantages of having strong glutes are having better posture, the improvement of your squats, deadlifts, even bench presses and many more compound movements plus it will improve your speed and power. •<br />Furthermore, your gluteus muscles, your spine will have more support and your pelvis will automatically begin to stabilise and having strong gluteus muscles can decrease the risk of  injuries on knees, lower back and hamstrings, all of which are essential to simple daily activities.<br />————————————— 🍑🌟<br />💥The hip thruster is one of my fav exercises at the moment for training lower body.<br /><br />Hip thruster Tip:<br />1️⃣Tuck your chin to your chest.<br />2️⃣rest the end of your scapulas on the corner of the bench or box and do not leave your elbows on the box <br />3️⃣heels, knees in-line with your shoulders and push through your heels against the ground<br />4️⃣ bring your hips all the way up and squeeze your glutes ( don’t forget to hold the bar 😜)
