A famous fish once said just keep swimming! (Comment below if you know who I’m talking about!) Off the coast of Kaikoura, I have gone on a few tours to swim with the dolphins and it was the highlight of my trips every time! I finally had a chance to see all three species of dolphins! It was exhilarating being in the water and having them play with you, race around you and jump out of the water to create a show! You can also stay on the boat if swimming is not your thing! And with snow capped mountains in the background, how could you go wrong!
