I USED to be afraid to lift heavy weights because I didn’t want to become too muscular 🙊.....WHAT!!!!? I’m happy to say I am NOT afraid anymore! I say BRING IT 👊
Muscles = strength, and strength gives you confidence ❤️ Not to mention it allows me to do more and keeps my aging bones 🦴 healthy 💪
