This woman really puts me in some challenge. HaHaHa, well she's going for her beach trip in a month. This is her 3rd week progress. Everything was squeezed in a tight schedule. For start fitness level was out, kinda challenging for her to do some of the training, that needs to be done.
1 thing that I like and respect about her, is that her determination and mind was so strong.
Even when the body doesn't allow, fatigue, but her mind keeps pushing, keeps trying.
