Power, can we control it? .<br />.<br /><br />Generating power is easy, loading and unloading is easy to do with no control. .<br />.<br /><br />But to be able to stop the power just as fast as you generate it, that takes time and practice. .<br />.<br /><br />This is what prevents injuries. But it's hard to do. When we are so tight all the time. .<br />.<br /><br />Try holding a fist tight, then punch as fast as you can, vs, holding a loose fist, then punch again. .<br />.<br /><br />Feel the difference? If yes, that's what being loose does, we get speed. We should only tense when we need to, this conserves energy and is more efficient. .<br />.<br /><br />This is what my Online Unwinding series is about.
