I cracked the secret of the ThinSlim Foods zero carb bagel. Last time I lightly toasted one in the air fryer for 2 minutes. It was hard as a rock. This time I toasted in a nonstick pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. I let it thaw on the counter first. Since it’s basically made of air, it thawed in minutes. Topped with a fried egg, 2% American cheese, bacon and mustard. 2c/15f/264cal
