Sometimes you just have to get up and do it! I woke up today not feeling it. I felt the weight of all my responsibilities and wanted to just stay in bed, and forget about everything. One of the positive things about being a parent is even when you feel like that you HAVE to get up and snap yourself out of it since little people are depending on you. It makes me realize I have the willpower to do things depending on what’s motivating me 🤔<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />I felt myself dragging all throughout the morning. I decided to put my big girl panties on and push myself when it was the last thing I wanted to do....workout in 500 degree weather 😩😭.But, whenever I feel like this I know a good work out gets my adrenaline pumping and my endorphins flowing.<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />I pushed myself a good 30 minutes and I am so glad I did! It’s amazing how rejuvenated you can feel when you get your blood flowing and breath in fresh air. .<br />.<br />.<br />What do you do to get yourself going and out of a funk?
