Hereโs a couple of tricks that work for me (most of the time) on those nights in which I reeeally wish my brain had an on/off switch โฒ:

- Thank God for all the little things you can think of (for example: the fact that I have all 10 fingernails ๐
๐ผ or for the enlightened man that once came up with nutella๐คฉ).

- Count from 3,000 to 0 in descending order (youโll rarely make it to 0 before snoozing ๐ด). .
.
- Do a brain dump ๐ง : write down every idea that pops up (I usually come up with blog posts, like this one๐
, right when I put my head on the pillow), your to-doโs for the next day ๐, the name of that friend you forgot to text... basically put down everything your brain is trying to remember so that it can relax ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ. .
