For anyone else reading - What is the bigger bandwidth of potential for your fitness development - strength and conditioning improvements, or flexibility? I think we could all agree that the amount of strength and conditioning we have to improve upon exists, but it’s not large. On the flip side, most people have a huge mobility deficit and a large bandwidth of potential improvement. Thus, are you investing in something with small payoffs (getting another 10-15b on your back squat or 10seconds on your Fran time) or larger payoffs with the range of motion and joint expression you could have 🤷🏼♂️
