Taper week heading into the race. At this point my training is done. Now is the time to rest up and be mentally and physically prepared.
I did a quick check in on my progress on running 500,000ft of elevation gain this year... I'm right on schedule. 😀
Week 23 Goals
1. Run a minimum of 50mi. (23.0) ❌
2. Run a total of 10,000ft of vertical gain. (7,372ft) ❌
3. Perform 2 strength workouts. (2) ✅
