Recap of week 23 of my 24wk training block prepping for Mountain Lakes 100mi. (9/9 - 9/15)<br /><br />Taper week heading into the race.  At this point my training is done.  Now is the time to rest up and be mentally and physically prepared.<br /><br />I did a quick check in on my progress on running 500,000ft of elevation gain this year... I'm right on schedule. 😀<br /><br />Week 23 Goals<br />1. Run a minimum of 50mi. (23.0) ❌<br />2. Run a total of 10,000ft of vertical gain. (7,372ft) ❌<br />3. Perform 2 strength workouts.
