Breakfast baked oats 😍

80ml Unsweetened almond milk .
120ml liquid egg whites .
25g plant protein .
5ml coconut oil (melted)

10g natural crunchy peanut butter .
2 tbsp apple purée (organic baby food pouches 😜)

35g Wheat free quick oats (I get mine from @flannerysorganic Gymea) .
1 tsp honey .
Cinnamon .
1/4 tsp GF baking powder .
Mix everything together, bake for 10 mins, cooked when knife comes out clean 😉👌 . Macros: 30/10/35
