Chellsie Challenge Day! This one is awesome and brought to you by @ava_jae_thelittlegymnast at @powerhouse_1 gymnastics. She was my Challenge contest winner and here is my go at it. This one took me multiple attempts to complete and you can see my tiredness towards the end show up!
You need a panel mat to step up to:
Press to handstand-step up and down
Lower down-press to hand- 1/4 turn
Step up and down- lower down
Press up-1/4 turn-step up and down
Lower down-press to hand
1/4 turn-step up and down
Lower down-press up-1/4 turn
Step up and down-lower to straddle L
