This is how my life currently looks, wired up, living on reserve batteries and a limited setup. I was actually testing the current usage of this setup. Noticed that on the D1 mini the deepsleep usage with the power source on 3.3V is almost twice the usage when connected to 5V. Feels like it should be the other way around. Tweaked a sensor and let's see how long it will last now on batteries. Probably dead sooner than my plants who seem to be able to live without water..
