On days where I find myself saying, “I wish I had...” - whether that be more strength, more drive, more motivation, more whatever ✨- I gently remind myself that all I NEED is already inside of me. All of those qualities I possess- it’s just tapping into those that are a struggle at times. Be kind to yourself- know you are amazing and whatever life throws your way- you’ve got the solution already within you✨
