Este postre es una preparación típica en los festivales, ferias y eventos aquí en Norte América. Consiste en una mezcla como la que se utiliza para rebozar, frita y en esa forma circular e imperfecta que se ve en la foto. El topping de la foto es nevazucar o azúcar en polvo, pero habían mil opciones más grasientas y calóricas 😂

This dessert is a typical preparation at festivals, fairs and events here in North America. It consists of pouring batter into hot cooking oil, in that circular and imperfect way that you can see in the picture. The topping of the photo is powdered sugar, but there were a thousand more greasy and caloric options 😂
