My to do list is a mile long today.. & I made sure that I am at the TOP of that list.

How in the world can I show up for everyone else if I don’t even show up for myself? I love to start my day with personal development and a workout. That way, no matter how insane my day gets or how long my to do list is, I am always making sure I start off the day by taking care of myself.
