![[STAYCATION] Following on from my post this morning - Yeppppppp so we ACTUALLY never left the GC 🙊 I’m sure that many of you can agree that sometimes life, particularly in parenting, often becomes a series of mechanical and sequential processes that start from the moment us parents get up in the morning until we retire for the night. I’ve felt this more than ever and so I saw it as an imperative time to pull away from the chaos and routine and CREATE time for a holiday with our new family of 4! Now considering we are still getting used to our new normal (and our littlest babe hates the car or any form of travel 😖) we are on a ‘staycation’ here locally on the Gold Coast HELLO zero travel stress! Our weekend getaway is legit a mere 20 minutes away from home LOL…(and thank goodness coz I’ve forgotten a few crucial things and may have to quickly dart home haha - insert ‘still getting used to 2 kids’ here)🤪
