Holy layers! But man was this worth the effort 😅 Chocolate negus sponge layered with chocolate mousse and hazelnut paste, topped with choc ganache and pistachio. With fresh made pistachio sorbet and a cocoa nib tuiles. Yes I went to chocolate heaven after eating this one
