When I was working at my first few jobs, I always wondered why the most successful people in higher positions always had meetings to go to.

I felt like I worked the hardest, breaking my back, yet I was making way less than the people who looked liked all they did was go to meetings all day!

I soon realized that these people were the same people who made the big decisions of where the company was headed.

These meetings were where big decisions were made. As a matter of fact, those meetings were essential to me even having an employment opportunity in the first place!

More Success = More Responsibility

There is a high degree of responsibility when people meet together because the decisions that are made will affect the entire work force or team.

Without a meeting mentality, there is no clear vision of where any organization can grow to.

You might think this is not important, you might even think this topic is boring! (like how I did before 😂)

However, if you lack understanding of how important meetings are, you probably work under someone who does understand, or you probably work by yourself, and don’t make an income without clocking in hours.
