Then after filling up our bellies, we went to see "GAMECHANGERS", an amazing #movie about #athletes and how their #performance and #recovery is #improved by going on a #plantbased diet! Left me so pumped..... I went to the #gym the next morning and had a wicked #workout!!😁💪🌱😁💪🌱😁💪🌱😁
