Shrimp Alfredo pasta. All the fat. All the feels. And immabout to tell you, I had a minute of trouble getting back into ketosis this week after last weekend going to a gala and a baby shower the next day. Too much bubs, not enough macros. Anyways, a few 16-18 hr fasts followed up with this amazing dish and I hit the deep purple tonight on my pee stick! Not to mention, this was killer! Had some leftover jumbo boiled shrimp (see post from two days ago) - tossed with tofu shirataki and a dubs serving of @giovanniranausa Alfredo sauce which y’all... stop it! It’s the best sauce! I’m pretty sure I added extra butter too. 🍤🤷♀️ Add this to the regular list!
