Do you know why frogs croak? 🐸 -
In most frog species only the males croak. They do this to warn away other male frogs from their territory, or to try and impress the female frogs.
Many kinds of frogs puff themselves up with air when they croak - just like the frog in this video. Doing this increases the sound made by the frog’s vocal chords, which is why a little animal like a #frog can make such loud noises. 🔊
