👩🍳Recipe (3-4 serving)
Ingredients: - 2 Boiled & mashed potatoes
- 150gm paneer – shredded
- Vegetable oil for frying - 2 onions roughly chopped
- 3 tomatoes roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder - ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
- 4-5 cashews halved
- 4 almonds halved
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Cream & Coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt
Method: - Mix the paneer, mashed potatoes, salt, garam masala, chilli powder & flour
- Make medium sized balls, coat and dust the balls with flour while rolling in your palms. Keep aside
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add cashews, almonds, green chilli & onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes until soften
- Let it cool then make a paste in blender - Take 2 tsp of oil in same pan, add turmeric, coriander-cumin powder, red chilli powder and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add in the blender paste and cook for 4-5 minutes, until it oozes out the oil
- Add kasuri methi & 150 ml of water, cook for 8-10 minutes more
- Pour the gravy over the paneer balls just before serving - Garnish with cream & coriander leaves. Enjoy along with parathas (Indian flat bread)!!! 😊
P.S. you can stuff the balls with dryfruit too if u want
