Paneer kofta #paneerkofta<br />#malaikofta #punjabifoodie #punjabirecipes #chefmruga .<br />.<br />.<br />Follow @chef_mruga<br />Follow @chef_mruga .<br />.<br />.<br />👩‍🍳Recipe (3-4 serving)<br />Ingredients: -	2 Boiled & mashed potatoes<br />-	150gm paneer – shredded<br />-	Vegetable oil for frying -	2 onions roughly chopped<br />-	3 tomatoes roughly chopped<br />-	2 tbsp all purpose flour<br />-	1 green chilli<br />-	2 tsp garlic paste<br />-	1 tsp ginger paste<br />-	2 tbsp butter<br />-	½ tsp garam masala<br />-	1 tsp red chilli powder -	½ tsp turmeric powder<br />-	1 tsp cumin-coriander powder<br />-	4-5 cashews halved<br />-	4 almonds halved<br />-	1 tsp kasuri methi<br />-	Cream & Coriander leaves for garnish<br />-	Salt <br />Method: -	Mix the paneer, mashed potatoes, salt, garam masala, chilli powder & flour<br />-	Make medium sized balls, coat and dust the balls with flour while rolling in your palms. Keep aside<br />-	Heat butter in a pan<br />-	Add cashews, almonds, green chilli & onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes<br />-	Add tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes until soften<br />-	Let it cool then make a paste in blender -	Take 2 tsp of oil in same pan, add turmeric, coriander-cumin powder, red chilli powder and cook for 1-2 minutes<br />-	Add in the blender paste and cook for 4-5 minutes, until it oozes out the oil<br />-	Add kasuri methi & 150 ml of water, cook for 8-10 minutes more<br />-	Pour the gravy over the paneer balls just before serving -	Garnish with cream & coriander leaves.
