En el Camino, existe una tradición de dejar piedras en ciertos lugares para simbolizar dejar atrás las cosas que nos duelen. En cambio, en el Xtreme Hike para lá fibrosis quística, este año recibimos una piedra para recordar las cosas buenas que llevamos con nosotros. Últimamente me encuentro aferrándome a mi piedra, mi recuerdo tangible de la esperanza. Es importante tener esperanza en los tiempos difíciles. Nunca la perdáis.

On the Camino there's a tradition of leaving stones in certain places to symbolize leaving behind things causing us pain. On the other hand, in this year's Xtreme Hike for Cystic Fibrosis, we received a stone to keep to remind us of the good things we carry with us. Lately I find myself holding on to my stone, my tangible reminder of hope. It's important to have hope in difficult times. Never lose it.
