Finally got around to make this low point cheesecake and CANNOT wait to taste it tomorrow! Funfetti cheesecake! I used my deluxe cooking blender to mix up the ingredients then poured into the springform pan, covered and into my quick cooker to set it and forget it! Smells and looks delicious!
