City breaks are great, but some of the nicest days I've had have been the ones where I went out of the city and explored nature. Whilst visiting New York, I went upstate and visited the beautiful, quaint village of Cold Spring, as well as the nearby mountain range known as Breakneck Ridge. If you ever visit NY I'd highly recommend taking a day out of your trip to go here!
