Simple fried rice with eggs, sliced meat and spring onions.
Heat wok with sesame oil.
Stir fry chopped garlic and thinly sliced spring onion stalk.
Add thinly sliced meat of your choice.
Add eggs and continue stir frying.
Add cooked rice, dark soy sauce and fish sauce.
Stir fry until rice and ingredients are mixed well with one another.
Serve with chilli oil.
