I'm not sure if she is the only queen remaining. The colony grew quite big until they once decided to break out and like half of the members ran out and trying to kill my other ants and I had to kill them before. Now a small population of maybe 100-200 workers is left. Like my old colony of these, they stated to produce males in regular intervals but never produced any other female alates. That's why there sometimes some males flying around in my room. Luckily some spiders and my pitcher plant do the catching for me. Let's see how they evolve.
