Muddy buddies are such a childhood favorite...that I'm still making. I'm modifying the original recipe slightly, subbing unsweetened shredded wheat for chex, almond butter for peanut butter and used a mixture of cocoa powder and powdered sugar to punch up the chocolate flavor. The result is an intensely chocolate muddy buddies that will appeal to children and adults alike. What's your favorite variation of muddy buddies?
