Allowing myself to be vulnerable has opened my life to so many other kind-hearted souls to enter and make a difference in each other's lives.
I was no longer about checking things off in a city, but valuing the time I have with getting to know the locals and doing what the locals do.
I was put in unbelievable situations that had me honestly believe I was dreaming, were in places where time stood still, been with strangers I could be myself more than any of my closest friends combined. ~~~~~
6 homes, 6 hotels, 1 hostel & 2 road trips across California later, I've emerged into a much stronger individual. I have greater respect for what I'm capable of, and a stronger connection with myself within.
