Arm Day!!! Did some maintenance work! Worked on my arms to get them a nice pump 💪🏾 1. Seated EZ bar preacher curls: 3 sets 12-15 reps
2. Close grip bench press: 3 sets 12-16 reps
3. Single arm preacher curls: 3 sets 12-14 reps each arm
4. DB skull crushers: 3 sets 15-18 reps
5. Incline DB curls: 3 sets 8-10 reps
6. Seated tricep extensions: 3 sets 12-15 reps
7. Close grip pull-ups superset w/ tricep dips: 3 sets 8-10 reps for both exercises
