Since almost 2 months ago I got Front Lever, holding around 5 seconds. In all this time I trained to fix my posture and have a better Front. Now my posture got better (Victorian training helped me to achieve that, and others exercises, for example: L-sit to Front, negatives, Front Lever Rises, etc...) and I can hold it for 10 seconds, but after a while my posture decrease a little. I'll work harder to be able to hold it for 20 seconds.
