Hamstring Rehab Day 4

Today's workout was nearly the same as yesterday's. Because of that I figured you all didn't need another video of it. But I added 1 set to each exercise to progressively overload the tissue. This is important so that I can rebuild ROM, work capacity and strength. It's nothing new or fancy, but often times the best work isn't🤷🏾♂️. Consistency is the name of the game. I'm also going to hone in on my recovery tactics, but I'll cover that in a later post. I'll be making some adjustments tomorrow, stay tuned!
