Hey guys so here you have it. A quick 15-30 min abs workout for you to do at home when you don’t have time to make it to the gym, or even for a lazy weekend afternoon. Try it out you should try and do at least 2 sets but if you want to make it more challenging go for 4-5 sets.
Workout :
•crunches - 30-50reps
•reverse crunches or leg raises with knees bent - 30-50reps •side crunches - 15-20 reps per side •plank - 60sec
•mountain climbers - 60sec
