The Comprehensive Guides to Disneyland, DCA, and Downtown Disney are now all updated on my blog (link in bio)!
They now include the most recent additions, such as those pictured here in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, as well as updated info, more details, and hacks for other dishes all around the Disneyland Resort.
Pictured here are some items in Galaxy's Edge that you may have seen in my stories!
Photo 4 is the Chocolate Popcorn with Crait Red Salt. You can see the ingredients list for that on my blog.
Photo 5 is the new Kid's Meal at Docking Bay 7 in Galaxy's Edge, the Garden Patty Bun. The bun contains dairy, so ask to omit that, and substitute with extra veggies instead.
Photo 6 is the Yobshrimp Noodle Salad, without the shrimp. Everything else in the dish besides the shrimp is vegan, so that's the only modification needed. It's nice to be able to switch it up if you want something other than the Felucian Garden Spread (@impossible_foods meatballs with hummus and pita bread), but of course you're still paying full price for this Noodle Salad, so you'll have to determine for yourself whether it's worth it when you have removed the most expensive part of the dish.
Thank you all for appreciating how much time I put into this. I hope that it makes your Disneyland trips go more smoothly, and that it helps people see that there are actually so many options and that it's not hard to eat out as a vegan.
We have so many options now for delicious and filling foods that cause less harm to animals and to the planet. And when we are given the option to cause less harm, I would hope that there is enough good in us as human beings that we would make the choice that causes the least harm.

You are all making a difference every time you eat a vegan meal at Disneyland, every time you tell your friends about the vegan options there, and every time you stop at City Hall or write an email to tell them how you feel.
