How to eat out & stay on track with your fat loss goals 🎯
- Track the meal. Most restaurants & major food chains are now on MyFitnessPal
- Plan the meal in advance (Bank calories)
- If you go over your daily calorie intake, simply deduct the calories the following day
- Opt for a meal high in protein
- Avoid meals that contain a lot of high calorie sauces (Carbonara etc)
There’s a large percentage of people that think that when you start your fat loss journey you have to stop socialising & enjoying food. They couldn’t be further from the truth. You can reach your fat loss goals & still enjoy your favourite foods. All it takes is a little bit of tracking & a lot of discipline to avoid the cheesecake 👀
