💛 Self-care at it’s finest. I always talk about the days I’ll get to take the girls to the spa, currently I am pretty selfish with my bath time, having a minute to myself and all but after ivy and I started our little spa nights once a month or so I realized she needed it just as much as I did.. we get a few minutes to just talk about her day, bond over music (her favorite) and simply just have more moments together & somehow I come out of it much more relaxed than if I were alone 💛
