I've been interested in personal growth forever.
The beginning of my journey began when I was facing a really big battle with anxiety and depression after I had my second child. That was a time that I truly had to reinvent myself, but more than anything, felt like I was starting at square one...and to be honest, I had hit rock bottom.
Since then, I’ve done lots of learning and growing, but the thing I love most about personal growth is that you never really hit a finish line. I've been on this journey for a long time, and I've learned a lot and I've done a ton of work, so much so that it became my mission in this world.
