The only thing we are truly in control of is our own actions. The actions of others can cause us to react, but the reaction is a choice we make. We can always choose our mindset, saying someone else ruined our day is only a deferment of blame. A way to shift the responsibility we own to someone else.
But Knowing we have that choice can free us. So take time to think before you react, is your reaction the best choice for you?
