Final Round of Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2019: Maple Bourbon Cheesecake 🍁🥃🥧
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting too much. Cheesecake doesn’t really excite me because I feel like it’s hard to make it that special, but this was actually REALLY good. Probably the single best dessert I had at Food and Wine. It wasn’t heavy the way a traditional cheesecake is, and the bourbon flavor nicely cut the sweetness of the caramel. When a worker saw me holding this, she yelled, “That is my FAVORITE thing at Food and Wine!!” 😁
