The solar plexus chakra is just under the breasts or near the diaphragm. This is the place where you hold your power of will and self-confidence.

When this chakra is out of balance you will feel like you do not have control of anything, you have no power over situations, you are anxious and not centred. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In this case people can begin to have issues like eating disorders because food is the only thing they feel they can control. If you have digestive problems then there may be an issue with your solar plexus. Your outer appearance may also take a hit which means you may manifest eczema or acne on your skin from the stress and from not knowing your true worth. Not stepping in your true power.

On the flipside if this chakra is overactive then the person is a control freak and power-hungry.
