Montana Roja(Red Mountain) is situated on the south of the island and overlooks Playa Blanca. Standing at a mere 192m you still get fantastic views out over the town, to the north and west and on clear days across to the island of Fuerteventura. Looking east(as in this photo) you can see the Ajache Grande range standing tall at 562m.
