Castor oil has been used for centuries by Egyptian Queens and Mediterranean Goddesses to promote hair growth. Castor oil helps increase circulation and provides nourishment for the hair follicle. It also reduces inflammation which can cause damage to hair follicles, and it effectively moisturizes the scalp.
To use castor oil for hair growth, simply:
1. Combine a dollop of castor oil with 2-3 drops of rosemary essential oil 2. Comb mixture into the scalp 3. Put on a shower cap and leave treatment on overnight 4. Rinse in the morning
Do this treatment weekly to encourage hair growth. You may want to lay a towel down on your pillow case as castor oil WILL stain! And remember to always buy your castor oil in a GLASS bottle, like the Queen of the Thrones castor oil (just use the link in my bio!)
