This runway is noutorisoulsy dangerous having a very short runway of only 537 metres (1,762 ft) with a gradient of 18.6%, and situated 2,008 m / 6,588 ft abve sea level. With no options for go arounds as its facing into a mountain side. While on approach to landing sudden change in wind direction from headwind into tailwind resulted the aircrafts groundspeed to increase on the final approach to landing. With no options to go around the pilot was committed to landing. The pilot missed the touch down zone and landed about 200 m past it. Due to its high speed and leftover snow on the runway the plane was not able to stop in time and continued past the end, into a snow berm. on board 5 occupants, 3 suffered minor injuries while 2 had serious injuries.
