This zombie slide is similar to sliding to staff pose, only this time, lift those legs up and balance your boat! You can hold underneath your knees for extra support and keep them bent. Otherwise, extend the legs and keep the chest lifted. For an extra burn 🔥 lower the boat and try to eliminate the arch in your back (hollow body hold - great for handstand strength). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
