My oils of choice this morning are ones for self growth and service! I’m spending some time (with a coffee in hand) to set some goals for the end of the year. I have my diary out and need to set some boundaries. Setting personal goals as well as business, and making tiny steps along the way are a lot more achievable- therefore more satisfying and more likely to continue the GROWTH! .
