Abs are revealed in the kitchen. Very true! But is it important to train abs? YES! You need a strong core for support, balance, prevention of injury... etc etc. You will strengthen your core when lifting, thus making it unnecessary to train abs too frequently. That is what I love about lifting weights. I used to do quite a bit more cardio and train abs almost daily and that was completely unnecessary. Not only did I not have the same results, aesthetically, but I probably was overtraining them. So friends, ask yourselves, are you training smart? Yes! Train hard! But most importantly, train smart! πŸ’•
-
1. Med ball twists (keep movement small to moderate and contract your abs throughout)
2.
